Return Policy Overview
At Spider Sweatpants, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return process within 30 days of your purchase date.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be in original condition with tags attached
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from any odors
- Items must include all original packaging and accessories
- Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective
Non-Returnable Items
- Items purchased with promotional discounts over 50% off
- Gift cards and digital products
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
How to Return Items
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team at support@spidersweatpants.com or call us during business hours. Please include:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the item (if defective)
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
We'll provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and prepaid return label if eligible.
Step 3: Package and Ship
Securely package your items with the RAN clearly visible and use the provided return label.

Refund Processing
Processing Time
- Inspection: 2-3 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Processing: 3-5 business days after approval
- Bank Processing: 5-10 business days depending on your bank
Refund Method
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Bank Transfers: 7-14 business days
Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or we made an error.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item:
- Return your original item following our return process
- Place a new order for the desired item
- We'll prioritize processing your return to minimize any inconvenience
Defective or Wrong Items
If you received a defective item or we sent you the wrong product:
- Contact us immediately at support@spidersweatpants.com
- Include photos of the defective item or incorrect product
- We'll provide a prepaid return label
- Full refund including original shipping costs will be provided
- We can also expedite a replacement if preferred
International Returns
For international customers:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Items must clear customs and may be subject to duties
- Refunds will be processed in USD to original payment method
- Please contact us before shipping returns internationally

- Orders over $75
- Defective items
- Wrong items sent by us
- First-time returns (one per customer)
Return Shipping Costs
For orders under $75, return shipping costs $8.99 and will be deducted from your refund.
